Payment Options
We accept PayPal, which is renowned for secure online payments. It is quick and easy to pay using PayPal, just select 'add to cart' and follow the prompts to take you to the check out facility.
Credit and Debit cards
Credit and Debit cards are accepted through PayPal and you do not need to have an actual PayPal account. Again, just select 'add to cart' and follow the prompts to take you to the check out facility.
Cheque
Paying by cheque or postal orders is also easy as long as you are a UK resident. Please contact us with the items you would like to purchase and we can provide you with further instructions.
UK All orders with vintage pieces are sent by Recorded Delivery as standard (unless otherwise stated at point of sale) and a tracking number can be supplied upon request. Fran Foolery cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in the post and it is for this reason that we send by 1st Class Recorded Delivery (*includes Gift Box/Bag packaging where specified). *All other items are sent by 1st Class Royal Mail - unless additional services are requested by the buyer at point of sale. Any order over £100 will be sent by free Special Delivery. If the checkout function does not show this discount (all purchases within the same transaction) please contact us at the email address above and we will send you an accurate invoice. *If you require Special Delivery for orders under £100 please specify at the time of ordering. International - Europe Further handling charges apply for Royal Mail Airmail service to European Countries. The handling charge for this service is an extra £1 in addition to the normal postage cost for the item. Please select your country of residence at the shopping cart stage and update before continuing on to PayPal. If you would prefer us to send by Royal Mail Airsure (International signed for) please specify this request at the time of ordering or the item will be sent by standard Airmail. * 'Europe' as defined in the Royal Mail's list of countries in Europe. International - Rest of World Further handling charges apply for Royal Mail Airmail service Outside of the EU. The handling charge for this service is an extra £2 in addition to the normal postage cost for the item. All orders placed are dispatched on the following working day (Mon - Fri) at the very latest. Royal Mail is used to deliver items and Fran Foolery is not responsible for any delays that occur once parcels have been dispatched. If you have not received an order sent 1st Class within 15 working days please contact us at the address above and we will file a lost item complaint to determine what has happened. For Recorded or Special Delivery the tracking number can be provided on request. International Dispatch All orders placed are dispatched on the following working day (Mon - Fri) at the very latest. Please note that customs or import duties on international orders are the responsibility of the customer. These vary from country to country so you may like to check with your local customs office how much they are likely to be. Sometimes delays can occur when items go through customs clearance and therefore we cannot advise how long your order may take to reach you. However, within 10 working days is typical. If you would like to check the value of your order in another currency you can do so at www.xe.com.
If you wish to cancel your order please contact us straight away by either email or phone to make us aware. Because we post items very quickly cancellation is not possible if your order has been posted. In this case you can return your order in accordance with our returns policy below.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you do have any issues please contact us as soon as possible and we can arrange to fix or exchange the item for you. If you do need to return an item that is faulty or for any other reason, please email quoting the product name, your name and details of the problem so that we can help. Please email details about return items to mail@fran-foolery.com Goods must be returned in their original packaging via recorded post within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Postage charges are non-refundable and Fran Foolery will pay for return postage costs on faulty items only. To emphasise, we strongly recommend that if you return items to us by registered delivery. Fran Foolery cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in the post or items that are not collected from your local post office within 7 days of attempted delivery (as stipulated by Royal Mail for their Recorded service). Please note that after 7 days Recorded items are returned to us, the sender, via Royal Mail's redirection service and this can take many weeks.
Please always advise a suitable postal address for the safe receipt of the item. If an alternative address is not provided within additional correspondence prior to, or immediately after checkout, we will dispatch to the address that you have registered with PayPal. If the item is a gift and you want us to dispatch straight to the recipient please advise the recipient's address to us so that we may include a packing slip without any payment details.
All items come as standard inside a Gift Box* (or gift bag where stated - *except items from the charm store). If you require something additional, please advise us as soon as possible after placing your order so that we can try to oblige :-)
Please note that order acceptance will take place on the dispatch of the products, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it in accordance with our 'Cancelling an Order' procedure. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following: -Our inability to authorise your payment -The product being unavailable from stock -Our identification of a pricing or product description error IMPORTANT - Please always check that you have received an order confirmation email after checkout is complete. If you have not received an order confirmation email please contact us as soon as possible so that we may resolve the issue as it is likely that the order has not been placed and we too will not have received any notification of the order being placed.![]()
